When we were called in to handle the flooring for this local staple, we knew the surface had to be as resilient and authentic as the brisket coming out of John’s original pits.

By artisanally blending a deep Carbon Metallic base with shimmering Diamond "Smoke" accents, we created a three-dimensional "flowing smoke" finish. This seamless floor mimics the natural movement of rising smoke, bridging the gap between the heritage of the pit and a modern, high-end dining atmosphere. It’s a "wow-factor" entrance that honors the craft Lewis McCauley carries forward every day.
